Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GrowthHouse website and the services provided by GrowthHouse ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Service

GrowthHouse provides marketing services to service businesses on a pay-per-shown-appointment basis. We generate qualified prospects, schedule appointments, and charge only when those appointments are attended by the prospect.

3. Pay-Per-Shown-Appointment Model

  • Clients are invoiced only for appointments where the prospect actively shows up.
  • Pricing per shown appointment is agreed upon prior to onboarding and varies by trade and territory.
  • If a prospect does not show, the client is not charged for that appointment.
  • No retainers or long-term contracts are required.

4. Client Obligations

To deliver our services effectively, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their business, service area, and capacity.
  • Honour booked appointments and respond promptly to prospects.
  • Maintain the technology stack required (e.g., CRM access, calendar integration).
  • Pay invoices for shown appointments within the agreed payment terms.

5. Area Exclusivity

We work with only one contractor per service area per trade. Exclusivity is granted upon onboarding and remains in effect for as long as the client remains in good standing. Failure to meet obligations under Section 4 may result in forfeiture of exclusivity.

6. Payment Terms

Invoices for shown appointments are issued on a regular cycle as agreed during onboarding. Payment is due within the period specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate.

7. Cancellation

Either party may terminate the working relationship at any time with reasonable notice. There are no minimum terms or cancellation fees. Outstanding invoices for shown appointments remain payable after termination.

8. Disputes Regarding Appointments

If a client disputes whether an appointment was attended, both parties will review supporting evidence (e.g., CRM logs, recordings, timestamps) in good faith. Decisions on disputed appointments will be made promptly and fairly.

9. Intellectual Property

All ad creative, systems, automations, and proprietary materials developed by GrowthHouse remain the intellectual property of GrowthHouse. Clients receive a non-transferable licence to use deliverables for the purposes of their own business operations.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we work to deliver consistent results, GrowthHouse does not guarantee specific appointment volumes, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes. Our total liability under any claim relating to our services will not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat business information shared during the engagement as confidential and to use it only for the purposes of delivering and receiving the services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated effective date.
